Ocean Isle Marina & Yacht Club is located at 2000 Sommersett Rd SW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469. The marina is conveniently located between Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach off of NC 179.

When navigating the intracoastal waterway, the marina is located approximately 2 miles west of the Odell Williamson/Ocean Isle Beach Bridge and approximately 2 miles east of the Sunset Beach Bridge at mile 335.5, Channel Marker 98.
