Piles Driven for Outside Racks

Almost five dozen piles need to be driven to secure the foundation of

the outside rack system being built.  The entire process takes about

three days, and should be complete on the last day of the month.

During this busy construction time our workers always have time to

put boats in the water for our members!

December 21, 2007:Dredging Commences!

view from boat drop

The dredging barge came in two days ahead of schedule, on Friday November

30, and began with the demolition of the T-Dock in front of the Ships Store.

Once the T-Dock is demolished the process of dredging the area in front of our

marina, per our CAMA Permit will commence.  The result will be better access

to the water during low tide and improved dockage for staging.  This will allow

us to better serve all our owners at peak times!
